In Hawke's Bay: Craggy Range, Black Barn and Te Mata Estate open the day near Havelock North. From there the trail runs through orchard country beside the Tuki Tuki River until it meets the Pacific at Te Awanga — where Elephant Hill, Te Awanga Estate and Clearview Estate reward the ride. It's an easy 16-24km with up to seven wineries en route, and the operator's most popular tour. Allow six hours; at the end of the day you're collected and transferred back to Ahuriri or your accommodation. Morning pickup is included from Napier City (around 10am) or Havelock North village (around 10.30am).
