Canterbury wines don't get enough love. This tour changed my mind completely — the Pinot Noir here rivals Central Otago honestly.
Nice day out from Christchurch. The Waipara Valley section was beautiful and the narration gave great background on the limestone soils.
We've done wine tours all over NZ and Canterbury was a lovely surprise. Intimate, uncrowded, and the wines were exceptional.
Didn't realise Canterbury had so much going on wine-wise. Good day trip, audio was interesting.
Some of the wineries were closed when we arrived which was annoying. The ones that were open were great though and narration was solid.
