In Barossa Valley: The Signature is Yalumba's Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz blend, one of Australia's most revered wines, and this tour is the deep version of its story. It begins in the historic Wine Room with the people, stories and traditions behind the wine, then moves through the historic vineyards, private spaces and landmark moments of the estate, tracing the generations of craftsmanship that shaped it. The tasting is exclusive: three expressions of The Signature side by side, a Museum Release, the current release and a yet-to-be-released vintage.
