About This Experience

A welcome glass of La Joie, Passel Estate’s traditional method sparkling wine, sets the scene for a relaxing and intimate early evening in the beautiful surrounds of Passel Estate. Take a stroll with viticulturist, Tim Quinlan (or another senior member of our team) into the vineyard, to learn how our commitment to wildlife conservation and environmental sustainability impacts the entire vineyard ecosystem. Tim will share his insights into the vines and the season, helping to connect the hard work taking place in the vineyard with what you taste in your glass. Then settle down back at the tasting room, for a private after-hours wine tasting of each of our award-winning, single vineyard Passel Estate wines, including a rare and exclusive Lot 71 Reserve wine of your choice, alongside a platter of artisanal cheeses and other local produce. As the sun sets over the vines, you may wish to top up a glass of your favourite wine from the tasting to complete your evening. Your sunset wine tasting experience includes a $20 voucher towards any bottle of your choice purchased on the evening to take home. Limited to 12 guests per evening for an intimate experience (at least 2 guests are required for the experience to go ahead). Booking is essential and costs A$125 per person, of which $15 goes directly towards further conservation efforts at the estate.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings are essential and subject to availability at time of booking. As alcohol is served all guests must be over the age of 18 years. No cancellation fee is charged provided at least 48 hours notice of cancellation is given; for cancellation within 48 hours 100% of the price will be charged. Please be aware that we might not be able to accomodate dietary requirements.
