About This Experience

In Swan Valley: Blini with crème fraîche and caviar beside the 2016 Reserve Sparkling; a duck pancake with the 2021 Old Vine Grenache; passionfruit and lime tart to close with the 2022 Late Harvest. The Wine & Canape Flight is a seated journey through six premium Mandoon Estate wines paired with five canape-sized dishes. It opens with a glass of 2021 Vintage Sparkling — the perfect palate cleanser — before moving through the flight in the luxurious cellar door overlooking the vines. The sample menu also pairs the 2018 Reserve Riesling with gouda and the 2019 Reserve Frankland River Shiraz with a mocha macaron. The flight follows a predetermined set menu; dietary requirements cannot be catered for, and dishes may contain nuts, dairy, gluten and meat.
