About This Experience
In Margaret River: Whicher Ridge's Wine Sensory Garden is the only one of its kind in Australia, and this is the tour that explains it. Cathy walks you through the plantings, fruit trees, herbs, flowers and seasonal vegetables chosen to describe and match the flavours, textures and styles of the Whicher Ridge wines, and tells the story of how the idea became the centrepiece of the winery's award-winning tasting experience. It is designed to wake up all five senses before you taste at the cellar door. The walk runs about 30 minutes within a two-hour visit window. Offered at 9am once a day in spring, summer and autumn, and at 10am and 4pm in winter, five days a week, at 200 Chapman Hill East Road between Busselton and Margaret River. Up to twenty guests.
