Altitude Tours: Twilight Wine & Craft Beer Tour — Central Otago
About This Experience
In Central Otago: Meet your friendly local guide outside The Station Building on Camp Street, then head for Gibbston as the afternoon softens. At every stop the choice is yours: locally grown wine or small-batch craft beer, more than 12 tastings across the evening. • GT Tasting Room at the historic Gibbston Tavern — wine grown and produced locally, beer from a small brewery just down the road • Kinross — five boutique wineries at one cellar door, including some of the best Pinot Noirs in the world, with shared antipasto platters delivered for the table • Altitude Brewing — a laid-back taproom at Frankton Marina on Lake Wakatipu, founded in 2013 by local brewer Eliott Menzies, with 12 rotating taps, food trucks and views of the Remarkables The late-afternoon departure leaves your Queenstown day free, and the tour hands you back to town in time to continue the evening. Locations are subject to change; any substitution will be an equally great tasting room.
