About This Experience
The tasting room sits alongside Haselgrove's 'Old Vine' Shiraz vineyard, and on arrival you choose one of two guided tastings. The Origin Series covers the premium McLaren Vale wines built on the traditional varieties that placed the region on the map — the majority of it red. Modern McLaren Vale pours the Alternative series: a new range of super-small-batch wines showcasing the region's Mediterranean climate and the emerging varieties that excel here — structural, textural, elegant wines across white and red, particularly well suited to food and wine pairing. Add non-drinkers, drivers or children to the booking so the right table can be allocated; rooftop tastings are subject to the weather.
