In Barossa Valley: From 10:30am, a knowledgeable wine host leads you down the cork tree-lined driveway and through the historic grounds — including the original gravity-fed winery, a lasting symbol of Barossa winemaking tradition — with sweeping views of the region as the backdrop. Along the way, the intertwined stories of St Hugo and Grant Burge unfold, from pioneering roots to their celebrated places in contemporary Australian wine. Then the doors of the exclusive Hugo Gramp Room Cellar open for the Legends of the Vines Icon Tasting. • Guided walk through the historic grounds and original gravity-fed winery • Icon Tasting: a curated flight of the most distinguished and rare wines from both brands • Small bites plate curated by the Executive Chef to complement each pour • Optional add-on: Epicurean Lunch at the St Hugo Restaurant (Friday–Monday, seating 12pm) The tour covers some uneven ground — mention any mobility requirements at booking and wear comfortable footwear. Tastings are for guests 18 and over.
