About This Experience
In Hunter Valley: Sobels has welcomed visitors to its 'tree house' cellar door at 5 Halls Road for nearly thirty years, and this is its format for big groups: fifteen or more guests seated in the covered outdoor area, with up to twenty wines brought to the table. The range runs from sparkling and Moscato through Semillon, Chardonnay and the ever-popular Verdelho, two styles of rosé, and on to Shiraz, Cabernet and the fortifieds. The staff keep it relaxed and help the group find new favourites. Forty-five minutes, fifteen to one hundred guests, A$15 per person.
