About This Experience
Nigel Ludlow makes the wine at Evoi, and he's the one showing you around — quirky sense of humour included. This is a working Margaret River winery rather than a polished cellar door, and the tour goes behind the scenes of the winemaking process itself. If the timing is right, you'll taste wine straight from the barrel and at different stages of production as you follow a grape's journey from the vine to the bottle. The tour finishes with a VIP tasting of Evoi wines, hosted by Nigel.
