Then the other side: a producer at the forefront of new varieties, odd blends and uncommon techniques, such as Artisans of Barossa or David Franz. Lunch is a seasonally inspired multi-course meal with wine at FINO Seppeltsfield, and the day ends with a tasting at one of the region's premium producers. The itinerary is flexible to your tastes.
