The Bluegrass Collection — an iconic range of full-flavoured reds loved for over 30 years — releases its 2023 vintage this season, and the cellar has opened a limited allocation of aged Bluegrass from 2016 and 2017, carefully held back until ready. Across three guided brackets, taste each 2023 release against its cellar-aged counterpart. Same vineyard. Same winemaker. Years apart. You’ll taste how the tannins soften, how the flavour deepens, and how a wine built for the cellar evolves into something extraordinary.
