Petaluma has teamed up with Red Cacao — the family-owned chocolatier in the Adelaide Hills village of Stirling — to pair four premium wines with hand-made luxury chocolates, each beautifully decorated with dried fruits and sweet treats. The matched flight: • Croser Vintage Sparkling, Piccadilly — mixed berry & pop rock white chocolate • Eddystone Chardonnay, Tasmania — mulberry cashew white milk chocolate • Bay of Fires Pinot Noir, Tasmania — strawberry coconut violet dark chocolate • Petaluma Evans Vineyard Cabernet Merlot, Coonawarra — raspberry dark chocolate Red Cacao chocolates are available from the cellar door afterwards, so you can take your favourites home. Each flight equals 1.5 standard drinks, and chocolates may contain nuts or traces of nuts.
