Ivanhoe Wines specialises in small, personal Hunter Valley tastings — minimum 2, maximum 8 guests — and the Premium Wine Tasting Experience is the indulgent tier: a Personal Tasting plus a gourmet Hunter Valley cheese platter served with olives, dried fruits and quince paste.
