Tannin Road Wine Tours: Premium Small Group Wine Tour (Departs Margaret River)
About This Experience
Eleven guests, up to four wineries, and no racing between stops. This wine-focused small-group tour pairs award-winning Margaret River producers with boutique, family-owned cellar doors, with tasting fees covered at three of them and plenty of time to taste, learn and actually enjoy the wine. The morning brings two generous, unhurried tastings before a relaxed lunch at a popular local brewery or bistro — one main meal per guest, with dietary-friendly menus and an extensive local wine list. After lunch comes a third included tasting, then a flexible final stop chosen to suit the group: another winery, a distillery, a scenic coastal stop or a chocolatier (drinks at your own cost). A knowledgeable local guide leads the day in a spacious, modern, air-conditioned van, sharing insight into the region and recommendations for the rest of your stay. No two tours are exactly the same — each is curated around the group’s interests, winery availability and season. • 10.30am–4.30pm (approx. 6 hours), maximum 11 passengers; pickups from 9.45am • Two generous morning wine tastings • Lunch main at a popular brewery or bistro (included) • Third included tasting after lunch • Flexible final stop — winery, distillery, scenic coastal stop or chocolatier • Free pickup and drop-off: Margaret River, Cowaramup, Burnside and Gracetown • Out-of-area transport from Gnarabup, Prevelly, Witchcliffe and surrounds, or Busselton/Dunsborough/Yallingup — $60 per group

Cancellation Policy
Before joining our tour, please take the time to read the full Terms & Conditions of your booking here: www.tanninroad.com.au/terms-conditions. By booking a tour, participants agree to abide by these conditions, as well as the summary terms below: 1. During your tour, you will enjoy tastings at three wineries and visit one brewery or bistro for lunch, with one main meal included per passenger. Optional tasting upgrades and drinks at lunch are not included. If time permits, additional stops may be added, including opportunities to sample local produce or visit natural sites. Any tastings, drinks or purchases at additional stops are at the customer’s expense and payable directly to the venue on the day. 2. The venues we visit are determined by a number of factors, including venue availability, weather, the geographical location of participants and the general interests of the group. We reserve the right to visit venues different from those shown in our sample itineraries or on our website without notice. 3. Tour duration is approximately 6 hours, plus pick-up and drop-off time, which varies from tour to tour. Pick-ups start from 9:45am (or occasionally earlier). Exact pick-up times will be advised by email, WhatsApp or text message by 5pm the day before your tour. Drop-offs may be as late as 5:30pm. Please allow up to 8 hours to be safe and advise your driver if you have any time restrictions. 4. Dietary requirements, accessibility needs or other special requests must be advised no less than 7 days before your tour. If you have dietary restrictions or food allergies, it is your responsibility to reconfirm these directly with the restaurant upon arrival. 5. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 7 days’ notice are non-refundable. You may be eligible for a partial or full refund if you provide more than 7 days’ notice. Refer to our full cancellation policy for further details. We require a minimum of 4 participants for a tour to proceed. In the very rare event that we need to cancel your tour for any reason, we will work with you to find an alternative date or offer you a refund. We will also do our best to help you find an alternative tour provider. 6. Consumption of alcohol during the tour is at the participant’s own discretion and responsibility. Alcohol consumption is not permitted for anyone under the age of 18. 7. While children of all ages are welcome, this tour is designed primarily for the enjoyment of adults and does not include any planned child-friendly activities. All venues are safe for children with adult supervision. Lunch is included for children; however, drinks are at an additional cost. We have a limited number of child car seats available free of charge, or parents are welcome to bring their own. For liability reasons, parents are required to install car seats themselves, as our drivers are not licensed installers. For a more child-friendly experience, we recommend booking a private tour: https://tanninroad.rezdy.com/catalog/582819/private-tours 8. Participants must follow the instructions provided by the tour guide and treat our staff, other participants and venue staff with respect. Rude or unsafe behaviour will not be tolerated. 9. We shall not be liable for any injuries, damages or losses incurred during the tour. With all the formal stuff out of the way, we can't wait to show you around our special region!
