About This Experience

Experience a 2-hour eco-conscious adventure through enchanting Kauri Forest, overlooking Man O’ War Bay on Waiheke Island. Soar above the canopies and traverse elevated boardwalks, protecting the forest floor and preventing the spread of Kauri Dieback Disease. What to Expect • Check in at our Experiences Centre in Man O' War Bay, followed by a short scenic drive through rolling farmland and vineyards in our van, to a Viewpoint offering panoramic island views from 210m above sea level. • Descend via three, tandem ziplines (spanning over 900m) and 660m of connecting boardwalk with the Hauraki Gulf as your backdrop. • Full sit, comfortable hands-free harnesses ensure a smooth, forward-facing ride. Man O' War Tasting Room & Restaurant • End your adventure at our beachfront Tasting Room and Restaurant. • Ensure you allow enough time to sample some Man O War wines and enjoy a leisurely lunch. Book your table and/or tasting separately here (we recommend 1.5 hours for lunch or 2.5-3 hours with wine tasting). • Dine before or after your zipline experience, however please be aware you cannot partake in the Forest Flight experience impaired by drugs or alcohol. Getting to Man O' War Bay • Approx 90 minutes from downtown Auckland, directly accessible via Explore Group ferries or the Fullers Eastern Explorer Coach from Matiatia Ferry Terminal. • Check-in 15 minutes before your Forest Flight departure time at the Experiences Centre. Please schedule your travel accordingly. View timetables and book tickets here > The Experiences Centre is a 5 minute walk from Explore Ferry drop off and 8 minute walk from the Tasting Room (Fullers Eastern Explorer drop off). • Parking is available at both the Experiences Centre and Tasting Room. Restrictions & Important Information • Weight range: 30 -125kg, minimum height: 125cm. maximum height: 210cm • Not suitable for pregnant individuals or those with heart conditions, back/neck injuries, or broken bones. • Children (15 & under) must be accompanied by an adult (18+). • Participants must be in good health, able to walk stairs, carry gear (~3kg) independently. • Adequate secure footwear must be worn at all times during the tour. (Toes must be covered, no Slides or Jandals.) Safety & Risk Zipline tours carry inherent risks such as uneven terrain, heights, slips, and falls. Serious injury or death is possible, and participation is at your own risk. The best zipline technologies and equipment are used, with rigorous safety checks to ensure top standards. Cancellation Policy

Managing Your Booking We know that plans can change. If you're unable to make your booking here’s how we can help: • Reschedule and rebook your experience for a future date. • Exchange your booking for a voucher for you to rebook at a time that suits. If we can’t run your Forest Flight tour or cancellations are made outside of our 48hour cancellation period we can provide you with a full refund. If you're unsure, please contact our team - reception@manowar.co.nz Cancellation Policy Cancellations made within 48 hours of your booked Forest Flight session are liable to be charged at full price. Full price cancellation charges will also be applied to no-shows or late arrivals as we are unable to wait for you. We are unable to provide refunds if you fail to comply with our restrictions, choose not to participate due to weather or other resaons out of our control. Should Man O' War need to cancel your tour due to weather or factors beyond our control full refunds will be provided.
