About This Experience

In Swan Valley: Smoked kangaroo, emu sausages, kangaroo sausages and stracciatella cheese anchor the Indigenous Tasting Platter at Mandoon Estate — a culinary journey through the exotic flavours of Australia. Around them sit rivermint oil, mountain pepperleaf oil, mushroom pesto, pickled quandong, wattleseed bread and much more, with three of the estate’s award-winning wines poured alongside to accompany the flavours and lift the experience further. The platter is designed for a minimum of four people, paired wines included.
