About This Experience

In Stellenbosch: A private day for travellers already staying in the winelands. Your guide collects you at 9:30 from your accommodation in Stellenbosch, Franschhoek or Paarl and builds the route around your palate: three estates, roughly 16 wines, chosen from sommelier and friend recommendations or the guide's own favourites. Between tastings there is a town drive (including Stellenbosch University) and scenic routes over the mountain passes and through the valleys. Lunch at a vineyard with valley views, and chocolate, cheese or biltong pairings, can be arranged on request. Non-drinkers are welcome: the guide can swap tastings for more sightseeing. Private to your group of two to seven, in a sedan or air-conditioned minivan. Estates close around 5pm.
