About This Experience

Binnorie Dairy — one of Australia’s premiere soft cheese producers — opens the day with samplings of cheeses made on site. From there, seated tastings at two premium boutique wineries drawn from a preferred list including Wandin Estate, Margan Wines, Leogate, Gundog Estate, Tulloch and Hunters Dream — or name your own preference. Lunch depends on your group: parties of one to six dine on Italian delicacies at Café Enzo, in a Tuscan-inspired village of sandstone buildings; groups of seven to ten share family-style signature dishes at Baumé.
