Yering Station, Soumah, Helen & Joey, Payten & Jones — this full-day tour visits four premium, hand-picked wineries of that calibre, tasting the Yarra Valley's famous Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and more at each. Lunch is a shared two-course meal — usually gourmet antipasti followed by seasonal mains — paired with a glass of estate wine at a scenic winery such as Soumah (line-ups subject to availability). Want to mix it up? On any day you can switch the fourth winery for Four Pillars Gin Distillery and a generous tasting flight with mixer, or Thursday to Monday for Watts River Brewery — each an extra $10 per person. Every version of the day ends at the Yarra Valley Chocolaterie & Ice-Creamery.
