About This Experience
Aphelion's Classic tasting works through five wines — one white, one rosé and three reds including Grenache — drawn from the drink-now Welkin range and the meticulously crafted Core range, with a splash of Cellar or Member exclusives when they're not sold out. Taste inside behind floor-to-ceiling windows over the vineyard, or take the verandah air. Nobody hurries you, and if there's a specific wine you're curious about, just ask. • Guided flight of five wines: 1 white, 1 rosé, 3 reds including Grenache • Optional make-your-own platter station: local cheeses, olives, almonds, pâté, charcuterie, crackers and Andy Clappis bread • Filtered rainwater and spittoons provided • Upgrade available to the VIP Tasting Deck for special occasions Allow about an hour.
