About This Experience
In McLaren Vale: A Taste of South Australia's city-and-Hills day starts in Adelaide itself, along the cultural North Terrace and through historic North Adelaide, before climbing to Mount Lofty Summit for the view back over the city. Then the Hills: cellar doors chosen to your taste from Shaw + Smith, The Lane, Deviation Road, Pike & Joyce and Penfolds Magill Estate, cosy pubs, the German village of Hahndorf, and seasonal extras such as strawberry picking, ChocoVino or cheese tastings. Lunch is at a local hotel or winery. Two to ten guests with an experienced guide-driver, wine tastings, refreshments en route and a tourism information kit included. Solo travellers can join a scheduled tour or book a private one by paying for two places.
