A Shared Barossa Valley Wine Experience
About This Experience
Your day begins at your Barossa Valley accommodation, not with a long drive from Adelaide. Charles β a local guide who calls the Barossa home β keeps the group to no more than six, which leaves room for conversation, flexibility and the occasional unexpected stop. If everyone's enjoying a winery, nobody rushes away because a timetable says it's time to leave. The day usually takes in four or five cellar doors, from internationally recognised wineries to boutique family producers most visitors never find, along with the villages, landscapes and stories that made the Barossa one of Australia's most distinctive wine regions. Lunch is a generous charcuterie platter of local produce at one of the wineries. β’ Pickup and return from your Barossa Valley accommodation β’ Small group of no more than six guests β’ Four or five cellar doors at a relaxed, flexible pace β’ Charcuterie lunch included; hosted personally by Charles Tours generally run 10am to about 4pm in chauffeur-plated, fully licensed, accredited and insured vehicles. Cellar door tasting fees β usually around $10 per person and often waived with a purchase β are not included. A 20% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 14 days before the tour; full refunds apply to cancellations more than 14 days out.
