Dietary requests will be subject to availability from our partners at Woodside Providore. Please identify those in the booking details. Details and confirmation of availability will be communicated after the booking is confirmed by our team. Payment is required to secure the booking but is fully refundable if external caterer is unavailable. LATE ARRIVALS: Please note that booking times are strictly adhered to as there maybe multiple groups participating in the experience. Any arrival that is 15min after the scheduled start time of the booking will shorten the experience. CANCELLATIONS: Full refunds will only be offered with more than 48 hours notice, otherwise bookings may be rescheduled for another available day or transferred into a gift card to be used at a later date subject to negotiation with the caterer.
