In Barossa Valley: Pindarie's winery host meets the helicopter with a tasting queued up: Icons from the Western Ridge, poured in The Stables Wine Room alongside the fascinating history behind the property. The flight in leaves the Hoffnungsthal Valley heli-pad, passes the quaint southern Barossa village of Lyndoch and tracks the valley's western ridge before descending in style at Pindarie. After the tasting, choose your favourite wine to enjoy with lunch — a platter or one of their famous "Pindarie Pie" dishes — amidst the scenic backdrop of South Australia's wine country. The return flight is built to take your breath away: historic Seppeltsfield's vast vineyards and palm-studded roads, Maggie Beer's farm, the famous Penfolds winery, the old buildings of Chateau Tanunda, Jacob's Creek's giant wine tanks, then the Barossa Goldfields and Whispering Wall before home. • 25–30 minutes in the helicopter • Wine tasting: Icons from the Western Ridge in The Stables Wine Room • Lunch — platter or gourmet pie • A glass of wine per person with lunch Transfers, extra wine and take-home wine aren't included (bottles can be shipped direct from the winery).
