PACIFIC JEMM | MULLED WINE CRUISE Guest Terms & Conditions · 90-Minute Public Cruise · Imperium Marine Limited, Queenstown BOOKING & PAYMENT: All bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment at the time of reservation. Tickets are non-transferable between cruise dates. A 2.5% surcharge (GST inclusive) applies to all credit card transactions. CANCELLATION & REFUNDS: More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund issued. Within 48 hours of departure: Non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest up to 24 hours before departure. No-shows: Non-refundable. WEATHER & OPERATIONAL CHANGES: The Host Venue and Skipper reserve the right to cancel, postpone, or amend any cruise due to adverse or anticipated weather or sea conditions. Where a cruise is cancelled by the Host Venue, guests will receive a full refund or the option to rebook. No further compensation applies. PERSONAL BELONGINGS: Imperium Marine Limited accepts no responsibility for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings brought aboard the Pacific Jemm before, during, or after any cruise. Guests are encouraged to leave valuables ashore. LIABILITY - ALCOHOL, INTOXICATION & NZ LICENSING LAW: Under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012 (NZ), the Host Venue is legally obligated to refuse service to any person who is or appears to be intoxicated. This cruise includes one standard measure of mulled wine per guest as part of the ticket price. Additional alcohol service is subject to responsible service obligations and is at the Skipper's discretion. Any guest who appears to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs prior to boarding will be denied entry. No refund will be issued in these circumstances. - Guests are responsible for their own alcohol consumption throughout the cruise - The Host Venue may cease alcohol service to any guest at any time without liability - Any guest removed from the vessel due to intoxication does so at their own cost and risk PERSONAL INJURY & MARITIME RISK: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Imperium Marine Limited, its directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for personal injury, illness, or death sustained aboard the Pacific Jemm, except where caused by the proven gross negligence of the Host Venue. By boarding, all guests acknowledge inherent maritime risks. SAFETY & CONDUCT REQUIREMENTS: -Non-slip, non-black-soled footwear required -High heels strictly prohibited -No outside food or beverages permitted on board -All guests must follow Skipper instructions at all times -The Skipper may return the vessel to wharf or remove any guest at their sole discretion
