About This Experience
In McLaren Vale: The Maxwell Tasting Room sits above the working winery at 19 Olivers Road, with the vale spread out through the windows and the cellar in view below. The cellar-door team guides you through a premium flight of Maxwell's handcrafted wines, talking through the time, terroir and talent in each glass. Alongside the wines come bite-sized snacks created by Maxwell's award-winning chefs to complement the flight and suggest new pairings. During vintage you watch the winemaking team at work as the fermenters bubble beneath you. Forty-five minutes, one to eight guests.
