Terroir Unveiled: An In-Depth Tasting of Flat Creek's Best Join us for an immersive tasting experience hosted by our apprentice sommelier, Melina. Journey through five of Flat Creek’s finest wines — a curated selection of both new releases and treasured vintages — as you uncover what makes our vineyard truly exceptional in the unique wine region of Central Texas. Through each glass, you'll delve into the secrets behind our wines, gaining a deeper understanding of how Flat Creek’s rich and diverse terroir shapes their character. Explore the nuances of soil, climate, and craftsmanship that create wines of remarkable distinction. NEW PROGRAM STARTS MAY 9: Winemaking Unveiled: The Winemaking Process from Ground to Glass Join us for the 2nd series of Flat Creek’s Elevated Wine Tasting program. Our apprentice Sommelier Melina has curated a dynamic experience in which guests will taste through 5 of our most beautiful wines—plus one Library Wine hand selected by our winemaker. The accompanying light presentation will dive into Flat Creek’s distinct winemaking process, from the ground to the glass. Guests will also enjoy a paired charcuterie board as well as the setting of our historic ‘Trooper’s Den.’ Elevated Wine Tastings are offered the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month.
