Australian Natural Treasures Touring: Private Steam Trains and Great Wines — Yarra Valley
About This Experience
In Yarra Valley: Collected from your city hotel at 9am, your private group drives down St Kilda Boulevard and through Melbourne's eastern suburbs to the Mountain Ash forest of the Dandenong Ranges, where Puffing Billy, Australia's oldest preserved steam railway, waits at Belgrave for the run to Lakeside. After the train, the Mt Dandenong Observatory looks back over Melbourne, and then the day turns to wine: lunch at one of the Yarra Valley's most beautiful wineries and a visit to Domaine Chandon, the Moët & Chandon estate, with a self-guided walk through the sparkling-wine house. Private to your group, minimum two guests; children at half price.
